Projektet angår planlægning af og opførelse af såkaldte almene magnetboliger. Boligerne skal fungere som kvalitetsboliger, som qua høje målrettede bolig- og områdekvaliteter vil tiltrække bestemte ønskede beboere.

Sustainability profile for urban areas in Copenhagen
A sustainability profile describes the condition of an urban area based on a number of indicators related to environment/nature, social conditions and relations as well as finances. The sustainability profile can be used as a tool to target efforts in a given urban area. A DPL model quantifies sustainability themes and enables a comparison between urban areas.
Segregation, local integration and employment

The single-family detached house is a popular form of dwelling which poses specific challenges for municipal regulation of local housing markets in the suburbs of urban growth centres where there is a current demand pressure and hence increasing house prices.

A project to survey different housing cultures, norms, values and behaviour that cause dissatisfaction, problems or conflicts in residential areas and conflicts are handled in residential areas and the background for choosing specific ways to handle them. The project will evaluate and recommend initiatives for preventing conflicts.
